During 2015 January Maison & Object fair in Paris, nendo presented their studies with different chocolate textures. The theme was based on that, same chocolate raw material, but with diverse textures, gives a different taste, which is created from those distinctive textures.
They have now extend their studies with two different approach. First one is ChocolateTextureBar. A single bar of chocolate, but the surface is divided into 12 faces each with diverse texture. By tasting each face with the tongue, where one can enjoy a new taste dimension that is unlike any other conventional chocolates. ChocolateTextureBar comes with 5 different chocolate flavors – milk, strawberry, white, bitter and matcha.
